3 scallions , including green tops chopped (I didn’t have any and left this out)
2 garlic cloves , minced
1 tablespoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon cayenne (I just put a dash in)
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 ¼ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon vinegar
¼ cup cooking oil
